Teach Everyone Achieve More (TEAM) Foundation Inc. is a community-based foundation established to provide vital assistance to vulnerable children in need of education, healthcare, and shelter.

We believe that children are the future and are incredibly challenged in today's world. To give them tools to build a better life, education is essential. As a medium and coordinator for many kinds of assistance, we rally volunteers, donors, and partners to bring essential education, hot meals, and medical supplies directly to provincial communities and urban shelter centers.

Programs & Focus

What We Do

Our integrated programs focus on three fundamental pillars of community development.

Education

Our educational programs focus on primary education for underprivileged students and out-of-school youth. We aim to eliminate illiteracy and provide equal opportunities for quality education regardless of socio-economic background.

Nourishment

In order to be energetic and focus on learning, children must have nutritious meals daily. Through our feeding programs, we provide delicious, wholesome meals to stop malnutrition and boost school attendance.

Developing Resources

Extreme poverty often forces households away from sending children to school. We provide community livelihood initiatives (e.g. Sikap Pangkabuhayan) to equip parents with employment skills and sustainable income.

To achieve our vision, TEAM Foundation continuously executes four main operational objectives across all provincial and municipal chapters:

Visiting Children Facilities & Institutions

Regular outreach visits to orphanages, shelter homes (such as Nayon ng Kabataan), and indigenous community centers.

Raising Awareness on Education

Advocating for literacy, school retention, and equal access to learning tools for underprivileged youth.

Providing Beneficial Essential Items

Distributing backpacks, health & hygiene kits, shoes, and nutritional supplies directly to families in need.

Resource Mobilization & Partnerships

Engaging donors, volunteers, and corporate partners to sustain long-term social growth and child welfare.
